Tekken 6

Tekken 6 is going to be the best Tekken game yet with high quilty graphics, new moves and fighting styles and the most characters ever to be on it. Tekken 6 is on arcade and will only be released for the PS3.

STORY:

Jin Kazama has been revealed as the winner of the King of Iron Fist Tournament 5, and has begun using the Mishima Zaibatsu for world conquest, declaring war on several nations and even space colonies until the entire world is at war.
Meanwhile, Kazuya Mishima has discovered the division of G Corporation that tried to kill him, and takes his revenge by murdering them all. Kazuya then takes control of G Corporation and uses it as the only power in the world to counter the Mishima Zaibatsu. By this time, the world sees G Corporation as its only saviour and Kazuya is viewed as a hero, although his true intentions are to kill Jin and steal his part of the Devil Gene to stop him interfering with his own plans for world domination. Using G Corporation's newfound popularity to his advantage, Kazuya puts a bounty on Jin's head, dead or alive.
Jin, having anticipated this, announces the King of Iron Fist Tournament 6 to rid himself of Kazuya and his enemies once and for all.

New content

In Tekken 6, every frame animation for every character has been changed.

In Tekken 6, some stages are multi-tiered like Cemetery and Fallen Colony with new stage features and has daylight/night-time transitions (Temple Grounds) depending on the stage.

Tekken 6 will have an online versus multiplayer mode.

The customization system from Tekken 5 returns with improved options and more items in Tekken 6. The player is able to switch tops and bottoms between available character costumes, as well as substitute alternate pieces. There are common options shared by many or all characters including various items like glasses, hats, decorative swords, a Japanese banner and options for 'bare hands' or 'bare feet'. There are also character-specific items and pieces, as well as special items that unlock Item Moves once equipped.

Tekken 6 adds a new "rage" system, which gives characters more power in a same way that charge techniques do, and gets automatically activated when the character's vitality gets low. When it is activated, a red energy field surrounds the character and their health bar starts to flicker in red.

Tekken 6 also introduces "item moves", with which a character uses an item to attack the opponent (for example, Bryan Fury uses a shotgun, Anna Williams kicks off one of her shoes, Ling Xiaoyu attacks others with a pair of mittens, Nina Williams uppercuts with a scalpel and Asuka Kazama uses a paper fan).

Tekken 6 introduces a new system named "Bounce" system; after moves that knock the opponent down in juggles, the opponent cannot tech roll. A new bounce comes into play, extending juggle possibilities.

Tekken 6 has an increased health bar compared to the previous games, due to new features stated above which deplete a lot of health.

Lili:

Lili competed in the King Of Iron Fist Tournament 5 behind her father’s back, but was defeated by Asuka Kazama. Once her father had found out about Lili’s participation, she was grounded, preventing her from claiming revenge on Asuka.
One day, her father’s oil fields are taken over by Mishima Zaibatsu control, and his company falls into disrepute, her father suffering greatly from overwork. The Mishima Zaibatsu later announces the King of Iron Fist Tournament 6. Lili deduces that she can reclaim her father’s oil field if she wins the upcoming tournament, easing the anxiety of her father. Lili decides to participate in the tournament to save her father and defeat Asuka Kazama.

Dragunov:

Sergei Dragunov received an order from Russian Military headquarters to sneak into the King of Iron Fist Tournament 5 to capture an unconfirmed creature known as Devil. Sergei infiltrated the tournament, but did not find the Devil.
Before long the activities of the Mishima Zaibatsu were causing unrest in Russia. While Dragunov staged numerous intense battles to quell the unrest throughout his motherland, he received an order from the Russian Military high command to infiltrate The King of Iron Fist Tournament 6 and smash the Mishima Zaibatsu single-handedly.

Kazuya:

Despite not winning the fifth tournament, Kazuya discovers the division of G Corporation that tried to kill him, and kills them all in revenge, becoming the head of the company and using it as the only powerful opposition to the Mishima Zaibatsu, led by Jin, who has begun world conquest and declared war on several nations. By this time, the world's population sees G Corporation as it's only saviour, and Kazuya uses the company's influence to his advantage: to stop Jin from taking over his plans for world domination, Kazuya puts a price on Jin's head, dead or alive, and decides to enter the King of Iron Fist Tournament 6 (announced by Jin) to settle the score once and for all with his son.

Heihachi:

After the assault on Hon-Maru by the Jack force, Heihachi emerges from the rubble only to realize that the King of Iron Fist Tournament 5 has already passed in his absence. He makes his way back to the Zaibatsu headquarters where he discovers the Tekken Force soldiers blocking his passage. This is the work of Jin Kazama, the victor of the 5th Iron Fist tournament and now in command of the Mishima Zaibatsu. Enraged, Heihachi vows that he will recover everything he lost and to do so, will participate in the recently-announced King of Iron Fist Tournament 6.

Lee:

Lee took part in the King of Iron Fist Tournament 5 in order to take revenge on Kazuya Mishima. However, the one who had opened the tournament was not Kazuya, but Jinpachi Mishima, and Lee, after learning this fact, lost interest in the tournament and returned to his mansion in the Bahamas.
Soon afterwards, the MFG, led by Jin Kazama brought the world to chaos, and around the same time G Corporation became a major opposition. Surprised by G Corporation’s sudden military action, Lee, being a major shareholder, conducted a private investigation with the utmost secrecy and discovered that Kazuya had become the real power behind G Corporation actions.
After obtaining information that Kazuya himself would take part in this tournament, Lee used a shareholder’s preferential treatment ticket, and entered the King of Iron Fist Tournament 6 in order to get close to Kazuya.

Hwoarang:

In Tekken 5 Hwoarang faced Jin and defeated him. While Jin was lying on the ground, suddenly he roars paranormally and produces a gale that blows Hwoarang away. From Jin's back, two black wings spread and Jin rises with his devil form. Hwoarang is at his wits end - he is unable to fight back and soon he is knocked unconscious. When Hwoarang wakes up he finds himself in the hospital. Nearby he sees Baek standing as a visitor. Hwoarang hears the details from Baek. He ignores his nurse, tries to move from his bed, but falls down in order to beseech Baek to make him stronger. After leaving the Hospital, Hwoarang starts training with unprecedented devoutness in order to defeat the "paranormal" Jin. Thus with the announcement of "King of Iron Fist" tournament 6 he prepares to enter the tournament.

Bruce:

After becoming reacquainted with Kazuya Mishima at the King of Iron Fist Tournament 5, Bruce Irvin decided to assist Kazuya with his scheme to takeover G Corporation, and after they had succeeded Kazuya managed to control the corporation from behind closed doors.
G Corporation waged war with the Mishima Financial Group (MFG), and Bruce, as Kazuya’s captain, led Kazuya’s private corps into battle, fighting the MFG the world over. Soon afterwards, G Corporation made preparations to annihilate the MFG by placing an enormous bounty on Jin, and as anticipated, the MFG began to show signs of movement; The opening of King of Iron Fist Tournament 6 was announced.
Bruce Irvin has entered the tournament to capture Jin…

Baek:

Baek entered The King of Iron Fist Tournament 5, along with his disciple, Hwoarang. However, Baek withdrew from the tournament when he found out that Hwoarang lost to Devil Jin, and he was seriously injured. Baek then rushed to the hospital to visit Hwoarang. Although Hwoarang's condition wasn't considered as something serious after his treatment, Hwoarang wouldn't wake up, and Baek started blaming himself for being an inadequate instructor.
It took Hwoarang three days to regain consciousness. They discussed the details, and Hwoarang told Baek that he not only has to recover, but he has to strengthen himself even further.
Baek sensed his strong will and his unprecedented modesty, and hence he decided to teach him everything he knows. Baek and Hwoarang returned to Korea, and endeavoured to practice intensely. Eventually, the announcement of The King of Iron Fist Tournament 6 came from the Mishima Zaibatsu, and Baek decides to enter the tournament one last time to widen his personal experience-collection.

Bryan:

Yoshimitsu's repeated meddling hinders Bryan's hopes of unlocking the generator's true powers in the King of Iron Fist Tournament 5. Soon afterwards, Bryan's frustration reaches it's pinnacle, and he begins to destroy everything in sight after abandoning the tournament.
Driven by rage, he joins various battlefields over the world, indiscriminately leveling this and that to rubble. However, he soon grows tired of the same thing repeating itself countless times.
Around this time, he catches wind of The King of Iron Fist Tournament 6's announcement. Seeing another chance to test the generator's true powers, he signs up.

Christie:

Christie entered The King of Iron Fist Tournament 5 hoping to save the life of her grandfather. She was defeated and went home to Brazil. Upon her arrival, she finds out that not only is her grandfather missing, but Eddy, as well.
Disappointed and baffled to the location of both Eddy and her grandfather, she learns from the hospital where her grandfather was staying that he was transferred to the Mishima Zaibatsu's medical facility. In order to find the exact location of her grandfather, Christie enters The King of Iron Fist Tournament 6.

Ling:

Ling Xiaoyu breathed a sigh of relief when she heard Heihachi had not truly died. However, as head of the Mishima Zaibatsu, Jin Kazama aims to take Heihachi’s life. Xiaoyu was going to try and stop Jin herself, but the Zaibatsu pushed towards militarization, making it difficult to approach Jin.
The Mishima Zaibatsu’s declaration of war drew hostility from around the globe. When the King of Iron Fist Tournament 6 is announced, Ling Xiaoyu enters in the hope that she can save Jin’s soul from evil.

Wang:

Wang heard of the Mishima family's cursed blood from his close friend, Jinpachi Mishima.
Wang was utterly defeated in The King of Iron Fist Tournament 5 by Jin Kazama, whose purpose was to wipe out the Mishima family's cursed blood. However, the real chaos began when Jin assumed control of the Mishima Financial Group (MFG).
Blaming his failure on his indifference, Jinrei lamented his lack of action.
Once again, The King of Iron Fist Tournament is held, and with newfound purpose, Wang participates in The King of Iron Fist Tournament 6.

Ganryu:

During The King of Iron Fist Tournament 5, Ganryu loses his way and gets lost. By accident, he enters the lab of the Mishima Zaibatsu and finds the Forest Rejuvenation data, that Julia Chang was searching for. With it in hand, he hopes to finally be able to propose to Julia. However, during their meeting, Julia received the disc and left before Ganryu got the chance to propose. Putting the episode behind him, Ganryu moves to Hawaii and opens the restaurant, Paradise. However, the management is poor and the restaurant is not getting anywhere. Knowing that another The King of Iron Fist Tournament is being held, Ganryu decides to enter in hopes of advertising his restaurant.

Julia:

Julia Chang was able to recover the lost Forest Rejuvination data needed to turn the wasteland back into its original form. When Julia returned to her homeland of Arizona, she was met by the chief of their tribe and an old woman capable of hearing the voice of the Great Spirit. The old woman tells Julia of a premonition, 'If Jin Kazama and Kazuya Mishima were to engage in combat, it would bring about the resurrection of a demon from Hell.' Julia doubted the old womans story, but on her way to The King of Iron Fist Tournament 6 due to it being sponsored by the Mishima Zaibatsu, she suddenly realises what the premonition means and accepts it as true. Julia decides to personally enter the tournament to prevent it from happening in order to find Michelle Chang.

Marduk:

Craig Marduk fought a grueling battle with the wrestler King in The King of Iron Fist Tournament 5. Victory and defeat eluded both fighters, and, in defeat, they found friendship.
While returning to the waiting room, Craig was attacked. Catching only a glimpse of the attacker's back as he fled, Craig could have sworn he looked exactly like the man he was convicted of killing, Armor King.
Determined to learn the assailant's true identity, Craig set out with his sworn friend, King, to participate in The King of Iron Fist Tournament 6.

Law:

During the middle of the King of Iron Fist Tournament 5, it was discovered that Marshall Law was working illegally in Japan, and as a result he was immediately deported to his home country of the United States of America. With the deadline to pay for the damages of his son’s accident fast approaching, hopes of getting the money needed were slim. Just then, his best friend Paul Phoenix approached him with the idea of forming a team—securing a high-ranking prize alone would certainly be difficult, but if he was part of a team, the probability of winning would be much higher. Marshall accepted Paul’s invite, but thinking a three-man team was better than two, the renowned boxer Steve Fox caught his attention.

Paul:

Paul Phoenix’s rematch with Kuma was fierce, and though victorious, he was utterly exhausted, leaving him unable to continue the King of Iron Fist Tournament 5. Unable to collect any prize money from the last tournament, Paul, who was already burdened by his mountain of debt, learns that a new King of Iron Fist Tournament will be held soon. Believing that if he won the tournament, he could finally say goodbye to his loan troubles, Paul deeply thought about ways to increase his chances of winning—participating on his own was out of the question. If he could assemble a team with someone, his chances of winning the prize money would greatly increase. And so he went over his plan with his best friend Marshall Law - but thinking a three-man team was better than two, renowned boxer Steve Fox caught his attention.

Steve:

Steve Fox had destroyed the research institute of the Mishima Zaibatsu, and finally settled a long-time feeling of resentment. Steve was intent on returning to the world of boxing again, but the majority of major boxing meets are canceled by the war that broke out all over the world. Steve, who knew no other trade than the boxing ring, had effectively lost his job and his passion, and went into depression. Soon after, he received an invitation to train together with Marshall Law and Paul Phoenix. Steve, who liked the idea of training in a martial art other than boxing, accepted.

Raven:

Roger Jr:

Roger Jr. and his mom had participated in The King of Iron Fist Tournament 5 in order to find his dad, who had gone missing. After the hardships of the tournament, they finally found Roger, but were shocked to see that he had not vanished, but was instead living a life of luxury. Soon after discovering this, Roger Jr.'s mom filed for a divorce and thus became a mother-child family. But their lives were hard, lonely and unstable. When the The King of Iron Fist Tournament 6 was announced, Roger Jr.'s mom hoped she could win the money, and by doing so, allowing them to start new, more stable lives.
